After a long and hectic day, I decided to go to Janakpuri C-4/E market for having my evening snack, MOMOS. Dim Sum as many people call it, I hate this name. This place has a lot of eating joints ranging from Chicken kebabs, Mutton kebabs, Paneer tikka and the very own Shawrma. They all look mouthwatering, but, this market is majorly famous for its Momos made by a Nepali guy over there. Evenings are usually very happening in this market. People come here to shop daily groceries, books, magazines, music etc. But this MOMOS man has got the highest clientele compared to any other shop owner. These momos cost Rs.40 for 8 pieces over here. The spicy hot red colored mush has got its own taste. The taste and flavor of these momos are amazing. They are much bigger and rounder in size than the usual momos we get at any shop. Filled with thick pieces of chicken they look very tempting. The first bite of these hot and piping momos with this Red mush makes even more delighted. Even the Nimbu Lemon guy next to this momos vendor has a great deal to offer. His nimbu lemon has very distinctive taste. Sipping up nimbu lemon with hot and spicy Chicken Momos gives a contentment of investing in a scrumptious meal.
Big Fat Momos and a glass of nimbu lemon are the finest snack to have if you don’t feel like having your dinner. You will surely burp after having them! You won’t even snub the Chuski wala making Kala khattas over here. Shredded Ice dipped in sugary Deep Red syrup makes the experience even more astounding. These kinds of vendors might be there in every corner of Delhi, but Janakpuri lives the most. Even better, guys you will find beautiful women strolling in this market.
