We live life like its never going to end
But we forget that the day has just begun
We try , try to teach and be the trend
But we ignore others' thoughts , as though undone
Do we realize that we aint the saints ,
We aint worth the sanctity, i guess we do
But to the world we just paint
A picture of us doing what we should do
Is that what we have been reduced to
Can we just ask ourselves what we've become ,
Or are we too scared of the truth that might come..
Or will we continue to lie to ourselves and ignore the truth
Will we be able to ignore the ring in our minds that is asking
When was the last time we did thing worth time
When was the last time we did a thing worthwhile
When was the last time we made a callTo make ourselves break to break others fall
All i can say is wake up before the dawn breaks
Choose to live life with no brakes
Because this life or the next you will realize
Time doesn't matter , what does is feeling alive
Ask yourself if you'll be satisfied
Without helping the last thing alive
You may find your mind truly defied
You may even feel redefined
You may feel like you werent alive
