I hope by now Sheila is very Jawaan and Munni is very badnaam. Oh! How could I forget the very own Jalebi Bai, making hot and piping Jalebis for everyone. Of course, all the three babes are connected well with Lust. Just, imagine Malaika dancing on a song by Linkin Park. Ah! I must say Linkin Parak as people say. It will look like Munni dancing and feeling Numb. About 5 years back when I started listening Linkin Park, I became a huge fan of them. Their songs Numb, In the end, Somewhere I belong and Crawling always inspired me for life. Even the official videos of these songs were very interesting. The sampling, guitars and Rapping were great. But slowly and steadily, the band became popular amongst every Tom, Dick and Harry in India. These people ruined this image of the band. Although, everyone was very impressed with the music Linkin Park composed, but none of these people knew how to pronounce the name of this band correctly. Linkin Parak, as they would typically pronounce was a hit.
With Chester’s vox, Delson’s guitaring, Shinoda’s rapping and Hahn’s sampling the band created the best of their music. Launching Metero, Minutes to midnight, Hybrid Theory etc. With over 3 studio albums, they yet are popular. But, but, but Indians will also remain Indians. They would never pronounce Linkin Park, but always Linkin PARAK. These people would never pronounce names of Sheila or Munni wrongly. But, Park always as PARAK. I’m glad that they don’t pronounce L.P as Elfy, the adhesive. This yet gives me a hope for them to learn.
